During this unprecedented time, we are still open for business and aim to meet our delivery times. We are using Royal Mail and DPD courier service, which is still operating as normal, however Due to the coronavirus pandemic occasional delays may occur which are completely out of our control, please be aware that parcels may take longer to reach you during this busy time. We thank you for your understanding.
We have implemented a series of preventative health measures for our colleagues at our offices — everything from increasing the frequency and intensity of cleaning to adjusting our practices in order to ensure the recommended social distancing guidelines.
Can I catch the virus from a package?
There are no known cases of the virus being spread by contact with a package.
We package and send our goods from our office in UK and typically the transit time is at least 3 days before the package reaches you. Recent scientific studies have shown that the virus cannot survive that long on clothing or packaging.
