Refund policy

At 'Al Noor By Kajol' we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality of products. We provide clear images for all our products with full description of material, sizes & colours. Please note colours may vary slightly due to light settings.

All items are carefully checked and packed before dispatch to ensure items reach you in the very best condition. Unfortunately We do not accept returns or offer exchanges because we are a small business, unless the hijabs or any items are faulty on arrival to customer, then we will conduct a further investigation prior to considering a refund/exchange, in such cases you must notify us via email al.noorlondonn@gmail.com.  with the picture of damaged item and we will get back to you.

You must return the item to us in its original packaging within 14 working days for UK orders and 21 days for international orders from date of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay return costs and to ensure the item reaches us in that time scale, we therefore recommend you use recorded delivery service to return your item.

Once we have received the return we will inspect the item, if upon inspection we suspect the item has been used/worn for example there are stains, odours etc. a refund/exchange will not be issued.  Please ensure you handle the product with care, you are not wearing any perfume, makeup or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item.

All shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are at the buyers expense.

To be eligible for a return on damaged or faulty item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
