Delivery/Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders on a daily basis, however in busy periods it may take up to 3 working days. Please note weekends and public holidays are not working days.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days from date of order placed. For deliveries please allow 2-3 working days for 1st class, and 9-15 days for international orders. Please note due to busy periods orders may take slightly longer.

All orders will be delivered via Royal Mail within UK. International orders will be tracked and signed for.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders usually take up to 2 business days to be processed and sent. International shipping rates depend on the weight and value of your order. We currently use express shipping via UPS or DPD for faster delivery however shipping times may vary from country to country. We also offer FREE worldwide shipping for orders over £150.00

 CUSTOMS FEES & TAXES

Additional customs may be applied at the time of delivery for orders outside of the UK, you can access more information regarding customs by contacting your local post office. 'Al Noor By Kajol'  is not responsible for the fees applied and are unable to establish these fees prior to delivery.
